Who are the people behind Sidestone Press? Let them introduce themselves:

Corné van Woerdekom (BA, MA) I am co-founder of Sidestone Press. Nowadays I mainly work as a publisher, but I was originally schooled as an archaeologist (MA, Leiden University). Within Sidestone I take care of the day-to-day business and I am responsible for the main part of the publication trajectory: author quotations, advising authors and lay-out. Besides publishing I also make music as a violinist and percussionist with various bands and ensembles.

Karsten Wentink (BA, Mphil) Sidestone was born from the attempt to transform my thesis into a proper book. After graduating in Archeology (M.Phil with honors in Northwest European Prehistory, Leiden University) I started Sidestone together with Corné. Currently I spend most of my time on my own Ph.D research but am still involved with Sidestone on a daily basis. My responsibilities involve acquisition, the graphic design of our bookcovers and construction and maintenance of our website.
