Supakwadee Amatayakul

Supakwadee Amatayakul (PhD, Claremont Graduate University, USA) teaches Gender Theory at the IULM University based in Milan. From 1997 until 2013, she has worked as lecturer at the Chulalongkorn University of Bangkok and she has also been director of the program “Humanities Public Forum”. Her research leads to the feminist and post feminist thought and to the rehabilitation of the female figures belonging to the history of philosophical thought. She was one of the founders of the Asian Association of Women Studies and of the Fisp’s Committee for Gender Issues.
