Masaccio e i maestri del Rinascimento a confronto

The catalog of the exhibition set up from 23 April to 23 October 2022 in the Masaccio Museum of Sacred Art in Cascia (Reggello, Florence) compares the San Giovenale Triptych, considered the first known work executed by Masaccio, with the famous Triptych of San Pietro Martire by Beato Angelico, an artist who was among the first and most gifted connoisseurs of Masaccesque novelties.
