Dr Ralph Haussler is Associate Professor for Roman history and archaeology at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in Lampeter. His main research interests include indigenous religions in Rome’s western provinces and socio-cultural transformation processes between the Iron Age and the Roman period.
Dr Gian Franco Chiai has studied at La Sapienza (Rome) and has been working at Frankfurt University and the Free University of Berlin. His main interests are mythical geography, Greek and Roman epigraphy and numismatics, Greco-Roman religion and ancient historiography.
